Wan Yin focuses on dispute resolution including  commercial litigation, banking litigation, insolvency  and disputes in logistics and transportation. 

She acts  for banks and financial institutions and more recently  has been heavily involved with a large logistic  company to rationalise its litigation portfolio including seeking recoveries and defending cases relating to  long-term service contracts and operational issues.  Wan Yin is an accomplished litigator and  regularly  appears in contested hearings and trials throughout  Malaysia. She is fluent in English, Malay, Cantonese  and Mandarin.
